Locations

The Settings → Locations tab shows all locations in your organization. Locations are the fundamental unit of experimentation—each one gets assigned to treatment or control during a test.

Location table

The table displays all your imported locations with sortable columns:

  • Location ID — your platform's identifier
  • Name — location display name
  • Region — optional grouping (e.g., "Midwest", "West Coast")
  • City and State
  • Status — active or inactive

Click any column header to sort ascending or descending.

Expanding a row

Click a location row to expand it and see editable fields. You can update:

  • Name
  • Region
  • City
  • State

Changes save automatically when you close the expanded row.

Import wizard

If you have an active integration (especially Mindbody), the Import Locations button launches a three-step wizard:

  1. Select — check the locations you want to import from your connected platform
  2. Review — confirm details for each selected location
  3. Assign regions — optionally group locations into regions

The wizard also appears automatically after connecting Mindbody if you navigate with ?import=pending in the URL.

Deleting locations

You can delete locations from the expanded row view. Deleting a location removes it from future tests but does not affect historical test data.

warning

Deleting a location that's currently assigned to a running test may affect that test's results. Complete or archive the test first.
