Dashboards

Dashboards let you combine multiple Saved Views into a single page for at-a-glance monitoring.

Creating a dashboard​

  1. Go to the Dashboards page
  2. Click Create New Dashboard
  3. Enter a name in the inline form
  4. Your empty dashboard is created and ready for widgets

Adding widgets​

Each widget on a dashboard displays data from one of your saved views.

  1. Open a dashboard and click Add Widget
  2. A popover shows your available saved views
  3. Select a view to add it as a widget
  4. The widget loads with the saved view's chart and data

Widgets are laid out in a responsive grid (up to 3 columns on wide screens). Each widget can span 1–3 columns depending on the content.

Removing widgets​

Hover over a widget and click the trash icon to remove it. The underlying saved view is not affected—only the dashboard reference is removed.

Dashboard list​

The Dashboards page shows all your dashboards in a card grid. Each card displays:

  • Dashboard name
  • Creation date (relative, e.g., "2 hours ago")
  • Number of widgets

If you have no dashboards yet, you'll see an empty state with a prompt to create your first one.

Build a "Daily Operations" dashboard with your most-watched metrics—revenue by region, visit trends, and enrollment numbers—so your whole team starts the day on the same page.
