Saved Views

Saved Views let you store a set of Insights filters and reload them instantly. Instead of reconfiguring the same event type, date range, locations, and granularity every time, save it once and load it with a click.

Saving a view

  1. Configure your filters on the Insights page
  2. Click Save As New in the saved views area
  3. Enter a name (e.g., "West Region Revenue — Monthly")
  4. The view is saved with all current filter settings

Saved filters include: event type, date range, selected locations, granularity, view mode, category filters, and line color.

Loading a view

Select a saved view from the dropdown at the top of the Insights page. All filters update to match the saved configuration.

You can also load views via URL: append ?view=<id> to the Insights page URL to deep-link to a specific view.

Updating a view

If you've loaded a saved view and changed some filters, you'll see a visual indicator that the view has unsaved changes (dirty state). Click Save to overwrite the existing view with your current filters.

Deleting a view

Open the saved views dropdown, find the view you want to remove, and click the delete option. A confirmation dialog prevents accidental deletion.

info

Saved Views are also the building blocks for Dashboards. When you add a widget to a dashboard, you're choosing from your saved views.
